- What is the main goal for this project?

Our organisation has grown rapidly and organically over the last five years. We now have 10 FTE staff need to review our organisational structure to ensure we can best meet our strategic aims ensure we have a solid foundation for future growth.
To accomplish this, we believe students will need to:
- Research the existing positions and personnel
- Apply an understanding of effective organisational structures in our industry
- Generate a projection for personnel needs
- Complete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed
- Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational Structure
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- A 30-minute presentation to our CO and management team
