As part of this website project, the Careers page will be redesigned. Evaluate Elantis' current careers page and recommend content to improve employment brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool.

Restore Medical Clinics Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding Manual

The main goal of this project is to create a pre-onboarding and onboarding manual for staff in a health care facility, as well as streamline HR processes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching existing HR processes and procedures.- Developing a comprehensive pre-onboarding and onboarding manual.- Identifying areas for improvement in existing HR processes.- Developing a streamlined HR process.- Testing the developed manual and process and making improvements based on feedback.
