Diversity (DEI) Recruitment Strategies – Evaluate Elantis' current recruitment strategies and develop a specific diversity recruitment strategy for difficult to fill or niche talent.
Careers Website – Elantis is planning to redesign its website in early 2023. As part of this website project, the Careers page will be redesigned. Evaluate Elantis' current careers page and recommend content to improve employment brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool.
- Develop a list of recommended campus recruitment activities In Western Canada. Include details such as dates, costs, and target audience/attendees/programs to support decision making.
- Synthesize your research to develop a written implementation plan that outlines a timeline for recommended campus recruitment activities and ways Elantis can increase brand awareness. This document will act as a playbook for Elantis to implement tactical campus recruitment activities over the next year.
- Develop a list of recommended sourcing strategies for difficult to fill or niche talent. Include best practices for DEI recruitment strategies.
- Develop a Careers page wireframe and draft recruitment-related website content that incorporates best practices to attract a desired candidate talent pool.
The students will work closely with the primary project contact who will supervise and be available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the student’s tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will plan to communicate with students using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, company email, and virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including a dedicated marketing specialist for collaboration, marketing and/or recruitment strategy documents, list of known competitors to research, etc.
