We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our sales. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition? Who is our target market? What appeals to this market? How can we increase sales to this market? What is the 'sweet spot" for pricing

LevelUP - Brand Identity and Implementation

Our organization needs some branding and web development help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for multiple brands. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, including one-page creations to developed sites, implement and maintain seo and more! We believe this project will require: Research to define our unique brand position and create consistent promotional messaging Logo and tagline Proposal that highlights brand awareness and brand positioning for implement steps that can be easily followed Using tools like photoshop to design prototypes that will be implemented by you into our marketing collateral create and schedule social media posts We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators to research.

A variety of projects including, but not limited to: Posting job ads Assist in training & development initiatives including on boarding. Research Health and Safety or Wellness initiatives. Data entry in various HR activities. Research HRM best practices.
