Start-Up Foundation Launch

PositiveAge is a dormant foundation founded by LeadingAge Virginia in 2017 and we are ready to launch it. This foundation is a 501c3 as categorized by the Internal Revenue Service and was founded to provide education, scholarships and other activities in support of LeadingAge Virginia and its members.In order to launch PositiveAge, the foundation needs a clear mission statement, vision statement and strategic plan. There are lots of ideas on what the foundation could do but it needs a document outlining the next 3 years. The goals for the project are:1. articulate a mission statement for the organization (in support of LeadingAge Virginia)2. articulate a vision statement for the foundation3. create a 3 year strategic plan with the goal of launching the foundation no later than January 1, 2022.
