Visualist | UX Design Project
A user's library is made up of blocks. The types of blocks users can save are image blocks, set blocks (i.e. moodboards) and colour blocks (i.e. colour palettes). Visualist generates a block detail card for each block type. The block detail card contains relevant information about the block, such as: colour palettes, clips to boards, tags, stickies (notes) and the original source from where the block was saved. Visualist is in the process of updating the design of our block detail card. Based on user feedback: The information in the block detail card is not displayed in an intuitive manner The user is not encouraged enough to take action on their block (some features are hidden from the interface) The current design doesn't account for new capabilities we plan to introduce soon (e.g. colour themes. We are seeking your support in auditing the existing designs, creating improved UX flows to display the information, as well as incorporating new features.
User Testing and Product Improvement for Agenda and Minutes Features of BoardSpace Web Application
The main goal for the project is to conduct user testing on the current web application of BoardSpace in order to gather insights that will help design a better product, provide better customer support, and offer an improved customer experience. Specifically, the focus will be on improving the agenda and minutes features of the application. This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Setting up user testing sessions with paying customers to gather feedback on the current web application. - Analyzing the feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the agenda and minutes features. - Collaborating with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback. - Conducting additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience. - Creating a report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.
