The objective is to increase the domain authority for the website and ensure that we are maximizing the SEO capabilities. Market Research for Second Location
CoMotion on King is a 10,000 square foot coworking space in downtown Hamilton. Our primary clients are micro/small businesses (less than 10 employees per organization), contract and remote workers, and hybrid employees that work for larger firms. We are looking to expand our current organization into a second location and would like to appeal to clients who currently promote or are looking to establish a hybrid work model for their employees. Our second location is approximately 5000 square feet with established offices, expanded shared office spaces, small board rooms, located near a highway with dedicated parking. The goal is to create a second location that larger organizations that are moving to a hybrid working model and offer their employees a part time space that can be used for in-person meetings, collaboration/brainstorming areas, and opportunities to network.Students should be prepared to:Conduct market research to target larger organizations who would be interested in our space as a secondary overflow or hybrid office environment for their existing workforceIdentify and research the needs for organizations to consider using our secondary spaceCreate an analysis of current or potential organizations within the Greater Toronto Hamilton area - driving radius of 90 minutes from HamiltonAssistance in providing a marketing strategy, content and copy to attract these clients
Research Assistant - Youth Mental Wellbeing & CoVid Conference
Working closely with, and supervised by, the McGill Institute for Health and Social Policy (IHSP) Partnership and Knowledge Exchange Strategic Lead, the Research Assistant - Youth Mental Wellbeing & CoVid Conference will conduct background research to support the planning of a May 2022 conference co-hosted by the Institute for Health and Social Policy and the ListenUp for Youth Wellbeing initiative. The selected student will do a web-based search for research and policies related to the long-term impacts of the CoVid 19 pandemic, and pandemic policies, on youth (mental health, education, employment, resilience, etc). The student will also identify national and international research and policy experts on the topic to be considered as potential speakers and conduct other background research for the conference as required.
