- What is the main goal for this project?

Spodek & Co. is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency helping purpose-driven clients achieve their goals through seamless, sophisticated, measurable digital programs, winning websites, and collaborative coaching strategies.
We are an experienced team dedicated to empowering women-owned, purpose-driven companies to redefine their digital presence and operational efficiency to achieve business growth. With a rich history of fostering measurable success across Canada, we are now setting our sights on the U.S. market, driven by a passion for innovation, community impact, and sustainable growth.
Our focus has been helping our clients tell their stories and grow online. Sadly, we have neglected our marketing and welcome the opportunity to work with a student team to bring our social media marketing back to life.
Founder Eden Spodek has deep academic experience as a curriculum creator, advisor and instructor at the post-secondary level.

- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The primary focus for the student team will be:
Develop a strategic social media marketing plan and present it to the founder and content director in a professional PowerPoint presentation format.
Specific requirements include:
- Social media marketing plan with measurable goals and objectives
- Social media calendar
- Set up and link channels in the Meta business manager and/or optimize existing channels as needed
- Create branded campaigns following or adapting our current brand guidelines
- including Posts, Stories, and Reels
- Present campaigns

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

We have experience mentoring students, student interns and new grads. Our founder, Eden Spodek has extensive experience in post-secondary education as a curriculum developer, instructor and program advisor.
Students will have access to at least two of our team members, including our founder, and regular weekly check-ins. We can also provide access to our research, details about our new service offers, and possibly tools depending on what students need for this project.
