Three Daily's healthcare application aims to bridge the gap between general health advice and practical patient tasks. The application is designed to personalize tasks based on user data and preferences, helping users incorporate health advice into their daily routines.

Design goals include:

• Ensuring the onboarding process is engaging and intuitive.
• Encouraging users to provide more personal information to improve task personalization.
• Ensuring users understand the app's purpose and the rationale behind the information collected during onboarding.

1. Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
2. Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
3. Competitive analysis - What are the best practices for task based product design? Look at what industry leaders are doing, noting design strengths and weaknesses, and and propose actionable recommendations for Three Daily's unique persona(s).
4. User research- Conduct user research to better understand painpoints in the most recent design and identify opportunities for a more intuitive and engaging user experience. Work with the Three Daily team to determine whether you'll proceed with designing mobile-first or web platform at this stage.
5. UX/UI design - create an ideal onboarding flow for the target user personas. Begin by determining the ideal user flow, and then turn that UX solution into hifi designs that are ready to be tested.
6. Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.
