FreeFuse is preparing to launch its Agentic AI-powered creation tools—designed not just for solo creators, but also for educators, training providers, creative agencies, and branded content teams.


This project challenges student teams to develop a B2B go-to-market strategy that positions FreeFuse as a transformational creative platform for professional creator teams, institutions, and studios. The team will identify ideal B2B creator segments, map out a value-driven acquisition strategy, and propose strategic partnership models that align with FreeFuse’s growth goals.

Deliverables

Industry Segmentation & Opportunity Map

  • Identify 3–4 key B2B verticals (e.g., digital learning providers, brand studios, instructional design firms, etc.)
  • Analyze competitive solutions and gaps


Positioning & Value Proposition Toolkit

  • Tailored B2B messaging (per segment)
  • Elevator pitches, email copy, and landing page content ideas


Lead Generation Funnel Strategy

  • Campaign structure for LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and referral pipelines
  • Basic performance benchmarks (CAC, conversion, etc.)


Strategic Partnership Playbook

  • Propose 2–3 partnership frameworks (e.g., API integration, white labeling, affiliate licensing)
  • Partnership outreach plan and suggested incentives


Executive Summary Presentation

  • 10–15 min slide deck outlining strategy, potential ROI, and next steps for implementation
