- What is the main goal for this project?

If you like/love Real Estate (Asset management), if you think that Tech is changing the Industry or if you want to create an Impact, then you can keep reading. Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for a team (1) of (5) students.
• Marketing (2 students) - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); conduct an overhaul of our branding or communication strategy.
• Sales (1 student) - Design-build a new/improved prospecting process for sales; Work closing deals. (Spanish speaker mandatory).
• Finance (2 students) - Design new/improved accounting processes; identify opportunities to streamline costs. Design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
*** Students interested in Strategy related to Real Estate, Asset Management, Crypto Funds must prove experience and submit a plan to apply *** Great work for MBA/EMBA knowing how to deliver at a fast pace, facing complexity and leading with autonomy (Problem-solving attitude).
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
• Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers and effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
• Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boosts our sales team's performance.
• Finance - For the student(s) to help us streamline costs.
*** Students for Strategy *** will get hands-on real market problems, across several markets.
Other duties the student may complete could include:
• Conduct research and data analysis.
• Create presentation decks and assist with presentations to key stakeholders.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: (list expected channels - eg. Trello, Box, Zoom, Slack, Email)

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The crew will work under the CEO's leadership and support, You would have a lot of room to be proactive, fail then fix problems, move forward and work at a fast pace. We are considering establishing a bonus (reward), that can be equivalent to engaging for an Internship. To discuss case by case.
