Details

Enabled Talent is seeking to enhance its national presence and encourage inclusive hiring practices among Canadian employers. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive integrated marketing communications campaign that raises awareness about Enabled Talent's mission and services. The campaign should focus on promoting the benefits of inclusive hiring and accessibility in the workplace. Learners will conduct research to gain insights into the target audience, which includes Canadian employers and HR professionals. Based on these insights, the team will craft a creative strategy that aligns with social impact goals. The campaign will utilize various promotional tactics, including digital media, social media, and traditional marketing channels, to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed marketing communications plan that outlines the campaign's objectives, target audience insights, and creative strategy. Additionally, learners will develop promotional materials tailored to the campaign, such as social media content, digital advertisements, and a press release. A final presentation will be prepared to showcase the campaign strategy and expected outcomes, providing Enabled Talent with a clear roadmap for implementation.
