- What is the main goal for this project?

Kisses from Heaven manufactures Reiki and Crystal infused soaps and candles. We wholesale and distribute our products to other companies, retail stores and small businesses.
Currently we are focusing on marketing our new line of soaps and candles to the public.
Goal: Marketing Communications & Public Relations
Objectives:
1. Recommend advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign
2. Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Branding and Marketing Communications - Help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
- Market Research - Help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
- Public Relations - Help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
- Create a marketing campaign that includes email marketing, social media etc.
- Build a sales system designed to help turn prospects into customers
- Create systems and guidelines for interacting with current and prospective customers (e.g., a plan to consistently create a positive experience for all customers)
- Implement a system to create a consistent flow of social proof. (e.g., collect reviews, testimonials, ratings, case studies etc.) and create a repeatable process to monitor results
- Build a referral system to attract more clients, customers and strategic partners. Then design a repeatable process for stimulating referrals and tracking results
- Identify ways in which we can expand our product line and get them into retail /metaphysical stores and the hands of other alternative healers
Project Deliverables:
-documentation of findings
-presentation with PDF or Google Document with a marketing plan
-examples of posts using Canva or any other platform to assist with marketing on social media etc.

Once we connect I will provide you with an documents and resources you need. I like to also share my business plan with students and provide content about my metaphysical products to give an encompassing picture of the directives and understanding of my business and what it entails.

Through her own healing journey, she discovered the pleasure and fulfillment of helping others, leading her to become a Reiki Master. “I recognized that I had a purpose and that was to help others through their pain by teaching them the tools that I used to help me overcome it.” Farrah founded Kisses From Heaven in 2018 to provide Reiki experiences that are accessible to all by creating Reiki and Crystal-infused handmade organic soaps and 100% soy candles. Each of which is infused with Reiki and Crystal Healing properties. All our products are toxin, SLS, parabens and phthalates-free. We work with trusted Artisans to provide metaphysical Reiki-infused products including natural mists such as the Reiki Mist and sell Palo Santo, raw crystals and abalone shells. Our hope is that you enjoy the start to a tranquil life as you heal and become the best version of yourself through the power of Reiki.
