Details

Black Business Live Inc. aims to expand its network by creating strategic partnerships with corporate event organizers and non-profit organizations. The goal of this project is to diversify our income streams. Given Black Business Live Inc. strong foundation with 25+ SMEs, digital screen reach of 250,000 weekly viewers, and comprehensive event services, we are well-positioned for this expansion to identify potential partners who align with the company's mission and values, and to develop a structured approach for initiating and nurturing these partnerships. The project will involve researching potential partners, understanding their objectives, and proposing mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities. By focusing on strategic alignment, the project seeks to enhance Black Business Live Inc.'s visibility and influence in the corporate and non-profit sectors. The team will apply their knowledge of business development and strategic communication to craft a compelling partnership proposal and outreach strategy.

- Research and identify potential corporate event organizers and non-profit organizations for partnership.

- Analyze the objectives and values of potential partners to ensure strategic alignment.

- Develop a partnership proposal template tailored to different types of organizations.

- Create an outreach strategy to initiate contact and foster relationships with identified partners.
