Project Description:Seeking a multidisciplinary team to lead a comprehensive digital transformation at Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic.

The project aims to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and boost our online presence through innovative digital solutions.

We’re looking to integrate AI chatbots, leverage Google Workspace, conduct a digital transformation assessment and implement a range of digital tech disciplines including digital marketing, UX/UI design, and data management among others.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Phases and Key Deliverables:

Phase 1: AI Chatbot Implementation using google cloud. and google app

• Deliverable 1: An AI chatbot for website interaction, capable of handling bookings, queries, and information dissemination.

• Deliverable 2: A personal AI chatbot assistant for administrative tasks and note taking.
