Enabled Talent is launching a national campaign to promote inclusive hiring practices and increase platform engagement from employers and jobseekers with disabilities. This project will help us build a research-backed campaign strategy with clear messaging, outreach tools, and impact goals. Students will apply marketing frameworks to develop recommendations that can drive real change.

  1. A written report including market analysis, campaign strategy, and inclusive marketing insights.
  2. Environmental scan of current inclusive hiring awareness efforts and trends.
  3. Stakeholder segmentation and messaging recommendations.
  4. Social media and digital outreach strategy (with sample content ideas).
  5. Content calendar with suggested channels and posting timeline.
  6. Campaign goals, KPIs, and impact measurement framework.
  7. Visual brand direction or creative brief for campaign tone/look.
  8. A PDF presentation deck summarizing findings and strategies.
