What is the main goal for this project?

PROJECT SCOPE

We are looking for a virtual intern to fill the role of a Content manager within team. ( 1-3 students)

You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. (through instagram, pinterest, facebook etc)

Also looking for someone who is an expert in content optimization and brand consistency. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Focus on

Instagram Platform Management

Increase PROPS Athletics Instagram reach, shown by gaining more followers and engagement. Increase more online conversions through the Instagram. (Optimized content execution, Account audit, Custom Hashtag Strategy, Respond to user engagement) 5-7 posts per week.

Create a content calendar, influencers reach out and campaigns to drive more traffic and sales.

Manage the brand's Instagram Stories and Highlights Setup Instagram Shopping for easy e-commerce purchases through the platform

Monitor competitor accounts on a monthly basis.

Facebook platform management

Platform strategy & optimized content execution Account audit Respond to user engagements [comments, brand mentions, private messages]

Social Media content creation

Photo edit, curating existing content and photoshoots

Reposting relevant content to gain followers, likes, engagement and sales

CAMPAIGN CONTENT CREATION - Focused on results, delivering high ROI and creative touch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board

We will plan to communicate with our virtual interns using these communication tools: (Riipen, phone, messaging, email)

Strategic Social Media Marketing: Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts.
