Students will serve as digital analysts for the client’s upcoming D2C launch. Activities include auditing the digital ecosystem, developing performance dashboards, optimizing content strategy, and collaborating with the practicum team. This course supports student proficiency in GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Review current tracking setup and GA4 implementation (pre-Shopify)
- Build visual dashboards to establish KPIs and pre-launch metrics
- Analyze behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels
- Support A/B testing and make launch-readiness optimization recommendations
A presentation summarizing findings and recommendations will be delivered to Squamish Water Kefir Co. stakeholders. This will ensure the company is well-prepared for the successful launch of this new product.
