- What is the main goal for this project?

We want to build a teacher's portal that can be used to manage students such as marking their attendance, progress, homework etc. I believe your students you can help us out in designing the mockup for the system so we can get more clarity on our end product.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
- Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
- Create user journeys and mockups using tools such as Figma.
- Deliver the assets used in the design.
- Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

- Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kick off call
- With a regular weekly check-in call
- Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to unsure progress is not blocked.
- Allow the learners to share the work they do for us in job search materials
