Details

The Alberta Community Togetherness Society aims to improve its service delivery by enhancing the user interface of its client-facing platform. The current interface presents challenges that hinder clients from accessing services efficiently. The goal of this project is to redesign the interface to be more intuitive and user-friendly, thereby reducing barriers for clients seeking assistance. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of user experience design and web development to create a prototype that addresses these issues. The project will focus on understanding client needs, analyzing the existing interface, and implementing design improvements that enhance usability and accessibility. By completing this project, learners will gain practical experience in applying design principles and technical skills to solve real-world problems.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of the current interface and proposed improvements. Additionally, learners will create a prototype of the redesigned interface, showcasing enhanced usability and accessibility features. The final presentation will include a demonstration of the prototype and a summary of the design process and client feedback.
