We provide vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in Orange County with emergency and transitional housing to regain stability, well-being, and lasting self-sufficiency.

Across our 12 single-family residences, designed to provide a warm and supportive environment, we deliver comprehensive wrap-around services, housing navigation, and after-care to adult men and women experiencing homelessness. Many of those we serve are also confronting complex and compounding challenges, including domestic violence, human trafficking, severe trauma, substance use disorders (SUD), community re-entry following incarceration, serious and persistent mental health conditions, chronic disabilities, and life-threatening illnesses. Our programs are structured to provide the necessary time, resources, and support for participants to heal, achieve self-sufficiency, and transition into stable, permanent housing with the ultimate goal of successful reintegration into the broader community.
