We provide vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in Orange County with emergency and transitional housing to regain stability, well-being, and lasting self-sufficiency.
Across our 12 single-family residences, designed to provide a warm and supportive environment, we deliver comprehensive wrap-around services, housing navigation, and after-care to adult men and women experiencing homelessness. Many of those we serve are also confronting complex and compounding challenges, including domestic violence, human trafficking, severe trauma, substance use disorders (SUD), community re-entry following incarceration, serious and persistent mental health conditions, chronic disabilities, and life-threatening illnesses. Our programs are structured to provide the necessary time, resources, and support for participants to heal, achieve self-sufficiency, and transition into stable, permanent housing with the ultimate goal of successful reintegration into the broader community.

Grandma's House of Hope: Video Storytelling Initiative
Grandma's House of Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services and support to underserved communities, seeks to enhance its outreach and engagement through compelling video content. The project aims to create a series of videos that highlight the organization's mission, impact, and the stories of those it serves. By producing a two-minute promotional video, several shorter topic-specific videos, and social media shorts, the project will help increase awareness and support for the organization's initiatives. Additionally, the project includes shooting and editing interviews with key stakeholders, volunteers, and beneficiaries to provide authentic insights into the organization's work. This initiative offers learners the opportunity to apply their skills in video production, storytelling, and digital marketing, while contributing to a meaningful cause.
