business presentations user research product analysis learning design product strategy creative problem solvingWe are seeking to recruit a team or learners to go through our online career training experience and provide feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
An ideal team of learners will include learners with different educational/professional backgrounds and experience levels, in order to collect varied perspective on our job-skills training platform.
Learners will:
1) Independently experience our training and coaching journey
2) Collect personal insights, content recommendations, etc.
3) Work as a team, with guidance from our Senior Learning Designer, to present their findings
Overall, this project should require no more than 30 hours total (~5-6hrs over ~5-6wks).
The final deliverable for this project will be a collective presentation of user insights from the team, including recommendations for 1) current improvements to our learning platform and 2) ideas for future content and functionality additions.
We also request that learners submit their individual findings, as well as information such as length of time to complete our training, overall experience with our coaches, etc.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
