Scope:
- Envisioning service from a community perspective
- Evaluating the area to pilot, prior to scaling to institutional levels
- Testing the pilot for scalability to the business model
- Scaling the economy of institutional opportunity for change management
- Mapping all tasks by benchmarking from other institutions while maintaining IRS* compliance
- Identifying entities & their respective contributions to the overall institutional excellence
- Integrating human, system, materials and information entities to align
- Sustaining a functioning stable community center, with an efficient and legally compliant administration

Tasks to be executed:
- Envision service from a community perspective

Team members at MGBS as well as "C" level executive per need.
Team and MGBS Inc. will decide frequency of meeting, length of meetings, effectiveness of meetings and most importantly escalation protocol of any issues coming from either side on a proactive and a constructive basis. Goal is to reduce meeting frequency and time and focus on meetings to celebrate milestone completion and lessons learned.
Number one contributing factor for project success is ability to escalate rapidly and collaboratively resolve to success and operate harmoniously as a TEAM.
So, if team member isn't appreciative of inclusivity, collaboration, & constructive execution, they may not benefit from this project.
About the company
As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 31 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011. I converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people. I am thankful to my mentor (s), past employers, and my professional network members without which most achievements would have been impossible.
