The workspace will be used internally to manage projects, track budgets, oversee a sales pipeline, and store business information.
Additionally, I need the ability to create and share client portals with guest access. The setup should ensure that all databases are well-linked and intuitive, allowing for seamless navigation and data management.
Design and build a functional and intuitive Notion workspace that serves as the main business hub, including:
- Project management system
- Budget tracking component
- Sales pipeline & CRM (including lead scoring, follow-up reminders, and deal tracking)
- Client portals with guest access
- Operational spaces for key business functions (e.g., finance, SOPs, marketing, admin, etc.)
Ensure usability and efficiency by:
- Creating a structured, intuitive layout that is easy to maintain
- Automating key workflows and linking spaces/sections where possible (ie. linking won contracts to the budget forecast)
- Providing clear labels, instructions, and navigation
Deliver a final walkthrough or documentation explaining how to use the workspace, maintain it, and make adjustments as needed.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
