Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main objective of the Education Modules Project is to create bilingual (English and French) educational content, with a special focus on language teaching modules. This project aims to provide comprehensive learning resources that are not only academically enriching but also linguistically diverse.

Interns will engage in various aspects of this project, including:

Module Development: Designing and constructing educational modules that include instructional videos and interactive multimedia elements. These modules should cater to a range of subjects, with a significant portion dedicated to language learning in both English and French.

Business Development: Interns may also be involved in the business development aspects of the project. This includes strategizing how to effectively market and integrate these modules into existing educational platforms, as well as exploring potential partnerships or distribution channels.

Teaching Experience: A unique element of this internship will involve the interns teaching language students. This hands-on teaching experience is intended to provide valuable insights into student learning processes and needs, which will then inform and enhance the module creation process.

The ultimate goal is to produce a set of versatile, bilingual educational modules that can be utilized in various learning environments, and to equip interns with a blend of educational, linguistic, and business development skills. Through this project, interns will gain practical experience in educational content creation, language instruction, and business strategy within the educational sector.

The expected deliverable from students is a comprehensive chart detailing the achievements of the project, including completed educational modules, insights from teaching sessions, and business development efforts. This chart should also provide recommendations for future enhancements and strategies for the continued evolution of the educational content, ensuring ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students will design and develop bilingual educational modules, create and record instructional content in both English and French, and integrate interactive multimedia elements. They'll engage in business development strategies for module distribution, and teach language sessions to gain practical insights. Additionally, they'll analyze feedback to refine modules, ensuring they meet educational and linguistic objectives.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will receive comprehensive support including regular mentorship through weekly video meetings for progress review and feedback. They'll have access to necessary tools and technologies for module development and video production, along with educational platforms for content deployment. Additionally, guidance in bilingual content creation, business development strategies, and data analysis will be provided. The collaborative environment will also facilitate peer learning and idea exchange, ensuring a well-rounded developmental experience.

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

To succeed in this project, students should possess bilingual proficiency in English and French, skills in content creation and video production, and an understanding of multimedia tools. Familiarity with educational technology platforms, data analysis, and marketing concepts will also be important.
