2. Inviting Employers & Job Applicants with certification to populate respective profiles
3. Inviting Instructor to register and populate professional profiles
4. Compiling Student, Instructor, & Employer demographics on SME toward academic & practical real world solutions
5. Introduction of Student, Instructor & Employer to form a joint venture toward mutual value
6. Collaboration of Student, Instructor, & Employer via cloud solution for rapid screening and finalization of 3 entities
7. Comprehension of Project requirements, with course compatibility, & value add for Employers
8. Definition of APEx* Student success, Course Compatibility for Instructor, leading to value add for Employer
9. Testing of Enterprise Cloud System for unacceptable functional errors

APEx* ==> Academic and Professional Excellence

Tasks:

1. Design and develop an Enterprise Cloud system for operational excellence based on fail-safe mechanisms for participating entities with no means for overriding
2. Share unique value proposition for Employers to populate, & benefit toward pre-defined goals and objectives
3. Share unique value proposition for APEx team members, & course Instructors to benefit toward mutual goals and objectives
4. Upload demographics of all three entities - APEx team member, course Instructor, and Employers for access
5. Access course instructor and Employers to screen and select for course compatibility and Project success
6. Establish shared needs between APEx team members, course instructor and Employers
7. Present a summary of APEx Project with support/advice of course Instructor for Employer validation
8. Complete APEx* Project charter, seek role clarity, and validate norms of communication between three entities
9. Test Enterprise Cloud System for unacceptable functional errors prior to presenting to Employer

APEx Team Members "design and build" team engages with IP (Industry Partner) including "C" level executive @ sessions based on need.

• Team and Employer will decide:

1. Frequency of meeting
2. Length of meetings
3. Effectiveness of meetings

• Most importantly escalation protocol of any issues coming from either side on a proactive and a constructive basis.
• Goal is to eliminate reduce wasteful meetings and focus on celebrating milestone completion and lessons learned.
• Top contributing factor for project success is escalating collaboratively, resolve to success and operate harmoniously.

So, if team member isn't appreciative of inclusivity, collaboration, & constructive execution, they may not benefit from this project.
