What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to assist with the logistics behind the scenes leading up to a Black History Month Saskatchewan Presentation.

In this project students will get experience with engaging stakeholders, performers, doing marketing research on venues and pricing with venues and vendors.

They will create and coordinate Google Forms and curated and categorize responses. These forms will be for volunteer intake, performer intake, artisan and designer intake and more.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Create Google Forms and Manage responses for different categories of the festival: Volunteer Intake, Artisan and Performer Intake, Media Team etc

- Reach out to venues for pricing

How will you support learners in completing the project?

This student will be working directly with one of our board directors

- We will provide access to files

- List of outreach and research contacts

-Guidance with booklet coordinate and oversight of the entire process
