At its heart, NΞXXT seeks to become the ecosystem that helps organizations and professionals move from AI ambiguity to applied enablement - from curiosity to clarity, and from individual experiments to systemic change.

Who’s Behind NΞXXT - and Why That Matters

While NΞXXT may be preparing for its formal launch, its foundation is far from untested. NΞXXT is the brainchild and passion of, and is structurally led by, Byron Tarry - an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of AV, workplace transformation, and business model reinvention. Yet the vision of NΞXXT to this point lies not in any single voice, but in the collective commitment of more than 20 progressive peer leaders who have actively shaped its journey to date. These advisors, contributors, and advocates span roles, organizations, and perspectives, but are united in their belief that this moment calls for shared leadership, open experimentation, and bold collaboration.

In truth, there are no definitive “AI experts” in this still-unfolding moment of transformation, but there are bold and progressive practitioners a few steps ahead of others because of their willingness and passion to explore, test, learn, and build together. What NΞXXT offers is not certainty, but scaffolding: a way to align and accelerate the journeys of those who are already leaning in, as well as a starting point for those seeking to do so.

It will be the early adopters - the champions, skeptics, co-creators, and learners - who help shape the path forward. Their participation doesn’t just validate the NΞXXT mission; it is the very force that will bring it to life at scale.

One of the most consistent signals we’ve heard from industry leaders is that there’s no “place” for AI engagement. No shared space where professionals at different stages of their journey can learn, question, collaborate, and apply together.
