Project scope

What is the main goal for this project?: The initial plan for this company was created on February 2023 on Riipen with students at USC School of Business. Since then we have built a working prototype with a lead developer, business developer and product manager.

We have also temporarily pivoted to Hospitality Yoga and Corporate Yoga.

The main goal for the project is to redesign the MyYogaNetwork.com website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting a UX/UI analysis of the current website and identifying areas for improvement.

- Redesigning the website to improve user experience and visual appeal.

- Research competitors and market trends in wellness.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A redesigned website with improved UX/UI features.

website and platform redesigns
new feature research, testing, and design mockups
wireframe creation
UI/UX design audits
persona development and journey mapping
information architecture and user flows for improved usability

How will you support learners in completing the project?: Students will have access to the CEO (Ram Bhakt) who has successfully completed several projects on Riipen also they may have a chance to meet our Product Manager who has worked with international corporate clients.

You will gain knowledge of our current market research and strategies along with backend analytics and tools.

Brainstorming will include aspects of modern Marketing strategies including AI, market research and product development.
