- What is the main goal for this project?

We are a cosmetic research and development laboratory and we support new start-ups in their product development journeys. Noun is a marketplace platform that connects cosmetic brands with a global network of vendors. We would like to build the UX for our website front and back end.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
- Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
- Develop the UX and UI infrastructure for the web application.
- Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.
- Design Audit- audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- User research- research plans, user interviews, and/or persona development to better understand users
- Design recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work
- Prototype- once high fidelity mockups are complete, create a prototype in Figma that can be used to test and validate the designs

- With a regular weekly check-in call
- Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to unsure progress is not blocked.
