Details

The Listening Lab is a new peer-to-peer wellness initiative developed by the Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA). Designed as a structured, non-therapeutic alternative to traditional mental health spaces, the Lab brings women together across race, class, and age to share presence, deepen empathy, and reconnect with their emotional intuition. Unlike self-improvement models, the Lab offers a rare space where no one needs to perform progress. It’s one hour outside of capitalism—no fixing, just listening.

FIA is seeking a student team to help develop a market entry strategy that honors this unique offering while identifying the best pathways to reach aligned early adopters, especially in wellness, education, and community spaces.

Deliverables
  • Research trends in preventive mental health, peer support, and mutual aid
  • Analyze competitors (group coaching, therapy-lite apps, community healing circles)
  • Identify target audiences (e.g., university students, community leaders, wellness orgs)
  • Explore pricing and access models that balance inclusivity with sustainability
  • Propose low-cost, mission-aligned marketing strategies (e.g., TikTok, influencer collabs, university partnerships)
  • Develop an entry strategy for pilot programs in one or more target markets
