ChatBoy User Experience Enhancement

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is dedicated to empowering women and marginalized communities by enhancing their ability to recognize and respond to covert aggression and manipulation in various aspects of life, including personal relationships, workplaces, and societal interactions. Through a combination of behavioral research, AI-driven tools, and immersive educational programs, FIA equips individuals with the skills necessary to navigate complex social dynamics and maintain autonomy. One of FIA's innovative initiatives is the development of ChatBoy , a mobile application designed to train women and girls in identifying the subtle language of covert aggression. The app offers interactive scenarios and simulated conversations that mirror real-life situations, enabling users to practice and hone their social discernment skills. By engaging with ChatBoy for just ten minutes daily, users can learn to detect early signs of manipulative behavior, empowering them to avoid toxic relationships and environments. Currently, FIA is focused on building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of ChatBoy to facilitate testing and gather user feedback. This MVP will serve as a foundational version of the app, allowing for the assessment of its effectiveness in teaching users to recognize covert aggression. Insights gained from this testing phase will inform further development, ensuring that ChatBoy effectively meets the needs of its users and fulfills FIA's mission of fostering empowerment through education and awareness.

Evaluating FIA’s Peer-to-Peer Listening Module as a Preventative Mental Health Tool

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) equips women with the tools to recognize manipulation, navigate power dynamics, and reclaim their full agency. Combining behavioral science, neuroscience, and AI-driven insights, FIA provides predictive analytics, real-time training, and a global peer-to-peer network for support and strategy. Our mission is to help women spot hidden power plays, make informed decisions, and build relationships that foster long-term well-being and success. The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is developing a Peer-to-Peer Listening Module, designed as a preventative mental health tool that provides women with a structured, nonjudgmental space to express and process emotions such as anger, shame, sadness, and frustration before they escalate into destructive coping mechanisms. The module is designed to be accessible, affordable, and scalable, making mental wellness support available beyond traditional therapy models. This project invites students to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness, feasibility, and ethical considerations of FIA’s Listening Module by researching peer-to-peer mental health models, conducting a comparative analysis, and providing recommendations to optimize the framework for accessibility and impact. Learning Objectives for Students Students will gain hands-on experience in: Evaluating mental health interventions with an emphasis on prevention. Applying community psychology principles to a real-world wellness initiative. Researching evidence-based peer support models and identifying best practices. Assessing ethical considerations in non-professional mental health interventions. Developing practical recommendations for increasing accessibility and effectiveness.
