The main goal for the project is to effectively manage all ticket requests for the Indian Summer festival, ensuring that donors, sponsors, special guests, and dignitaries receive their complimentary tickets in a timely manner. This will involve several different steps for the person managing the requests, including:
- Communicating with donors, sponsors, special guests, and dignitaries to understand their ticket requirements.
- Tracking all ticket requests and assigned tickets for the festival.
- Coordinating with the festival team to ensure smooth ticket distribution.
- Providing excellent customer service to all ticket recipients.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Mentorship from Operations Manager and Office Coordinator will be provided to learn ticketing systems and audience management, will receive assistance from Comms, Development and Production to generate lists of VIPs, sponsors, and donors, and training in Google suite, event marketing, Keela, and other software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking ticket requests.
- Customer service experience or skills.
