Details

A strong culture can enhance a company's organizational performance, employee job satisfaction and retention, adaptability to innovate and and adjust to industry shifts.


Students will help the company evaluate the current culture. This includes an as-is analysis and identifying the preferred culture.


Students will make recommendations on the preferred culture based on established framework to align with company's goals, market trends, current situation, and employees' expectations.

Deliverables

A 10-15 page report that includes analysis and recommendations. Report includes actionable steps for organization to build out and implement.

  • Designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to on-boarding, recruitment and selection, employee engagement, change management, talent management, or work/life balance. 
  • Developing a plan to assess training needs and design a learning and development plan.
  • Evaluating and enhance a performance management system.
