Project Description:Rebranding of a Mgmt. Consulting company that wants to define its focus on taking startups from the inception and or development of their idea through to execution. The idea is to offer aspiring or existing business owners of small business the framework to develop their ideas and scale them all the way to execution. We would help organizations to improve their performance, provide organizational change-management assistance, development of coaching skills, process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement services.
