To have Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology grow further as an internationally recognized, fully functional organization with established multi-lingual programs in an expanding number of countries to service a multi-generational community.
To carry out the business of training, equipping, and empowering individuals and those wishing to become certified professionals in this drug-free holistic bioenergetic wellness modality.
To provide a safe place where people can find; new beginnings, resources to pursue their calling & purpose, and a community to journey through life together.

Marketing Strategy for School launch

We have operated with teachers in 4 countries for a number of years but it was dying down to nothing. A Not-for-profit (not a charity) was formed to rescue the work and is now legally responsible. The Natural Bioenergetics Institute (for profit) was formed to become the teaching arm of the therapy. Over the past 3 years we have re-written, updated, developed and are ready to re-launch the teaching program to a new generation of potential practitioners and specialists. The new school website will be ready in Sept. We are a group of volunteers working together to rescue and relaunch this therapy to the world. Covid and moving everything online has been a challenge but we are getting there. We have re-tooled the school to be fully online with the option of in-person classes in areas where there are groups of students and a teacher in proximity. We have found some people just don't like learning online :( We have struggled with defining the marketing. The school has 4 main steams: 1) professional for those who want to build a career is complementary/energy medicine as as private practice, 2) self-development for those who just want to learn it for themselves and their family but don't intend to build a business, 3) coaching program to develop a community outreach and build the acceptance of Natural Bioenergetics, 4) a specialty program for autism and learning challenges which is also a community outreach program and provides students for practicums etc. The Autism program is launching informally very soon as a trial program. The coaching program we want to launch in January running 6 month programs. The Professional training is ongoing but we don't have a good student base as the previous group (the founder's organization) had zero clue how to recruit and most students just came from happy clients but that is not a sustainable model. We want students to help us build a marketing strategy and plan to identify, grow and engage our audience of potential students and community program participants. We have a general idea of who our audience is but we'd like to have a better understanding of them and figure out how to connect with them.We need to build social media channels but are not proficient in it nor do we know what's the best way to utilize digital marketing for this whole approach. We are looking at doing a second project which is registering the program with the government of Alberta as a vocational college to get a registered diploma program.

Approval of the training program as a vocational college in Alberta

We are looking to develop our program to the point of being able to register as a vocational college for a 3 year diploma program in Alberta. We have been operating as an unregulated virtual college for a number of years and want to take the step of being registered as a virtual learning school under the province. This would require the work to gain regulatory approval of Bioenergetic Wellness as a vocational title (federal? provincial), then the approval of the school through Alberta LearningYour students could assist in investigating the regulatory environment, doing the job studymarket assessmentapplication backgroundOur students have been studying and building private practices for 15 years and now it is time to get recognized.

Market Validation Study for Natural Bioenergetics Institute

We are primarily a Canadian training institute but have had private instructors and classes in the US for many years. The enrollment and participation has dropped significantly in the past 5 years. As the new director for the Institute, I am looking to see what we can to do position and grow the program in the US again. We are looking to gain a better understanding of our target market in the US to ensure we are positioning ourselves in the right segment, offering effective benefits, and creating the best marketing messages. To accomplish this, you could focus on providing:A complete analysis of our current offerings, our target market, and the positioning of our brand.Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand, product, service, etc.Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market.Prepare a marketing plan and approach that would appeal in the US environment.We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, marketing strategies (mostly a blank slate as nothing has been done in the past 4 years),  marketing and sales collateral, etc.We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market, the regulatory environment, and how we can better satisfy the needs and wants of students in the US to re-build the program there. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and messaging to better suit the market.
