PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a talented student. Your primary focus will be customer success. Specifically, you will be involved in a project supporting customer education and tutorial development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching best practices for Community education
  • Recording tutorials and uploading them to tutorial software
  • Reviewing and researching common user questions to develop and answer for
  • Organizing information and ensuring usability

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • New patient tutorials
  • New practitioner tutorials

PROJECT END GOALS

  • Handover new tutorials to the product team
  • Develop interpersonal and communication skills, familiarize with customer success and product development

NEED TO HAVE

  • Learn-it-all mindset
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of holistic health care
  • Experience with Notion, Slack, and Integrations
  • Experience in marketing or copywriting
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  1. Review existing public tutorials. Identify gaps in customer education (features, steps)
  2. Update and re-record product videos by recording screens on Loom.com
  3. Write copy to support video explanations
  4. Receive and execute on feedback from the product team
  5. Upload new tutorials to Notion.so library
  6. Re-organize tutorial system for improved customer communication
How will you support learners in completing the project?

You will work directly with our marketing and product teams, and receive weekly feedback and training. We will sync daily to answer questions, provide context and scope, and support your education goas.
