This includes setting up payroll, timesheets, invoices, organization, security, and establishing a stronger foundation. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.
Tasks for learners to complete to achieve the project goal:
- Analyze the current organizational structure and identify areas for improvement in cost-effective manners.
- Develop a plan for setting up schedule for payroll, timesheets, e-mail signatures, administration organization, and invoices.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's digital assets.
- Establish a stronger foundation for the business by creating a more efficient workflow and organizational system.
- Present a comprehensive report outlining the changes made and the impact on the organization.
