What is the main goal for this project?

We are a start up business in the Cannabis Market Space with positions both in the Toronto and Belleville Ontario area. Given our diversity and newness we have a compensation plan that was strategic in the beginning, but need to ensure that we are not over compensating nor undercompensating. We also have merit, short term incentives and an long term incentive plan that could be used to evaluate where we stand in the market.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Overall assessment of where the business aligns regarding total compensation and base compensation.

Benchmarking roles in the current market in both Cannabis and CPG.

Data analysis. Project Management. Critical thinking.

Recommendation for the business to ensure sustainability and area's of improvement.
