Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Reporting to the Event Lead, the Event Intern will assist in day to day event and hospitality needs including client relations, contract facilitation, inbound relationships, administrative assistance and on site event management.

Students Day to Day will include:

  • Respond to general event inquiries using stackt approved procedures
  • Assist in managing the event calendar for community initiatives and private booking
  • Draft event contracts, quotes, and invoice requests
  • Support the creation of event documentation such as contact tracing, BEOs, production / schedules run of shows, floorplans, recap reporting, etc.
  • Assist with overseeing event staff management where applicable
  • Assist with private booking client outreach
  • Build CRM and outbound communication templates for outreach
  • Research potential clients, agencies and partnerships
  • Attend company meetings, brainstorms, and social gatherings where applicable (virtually)

You are a multitasker who takes pride in your work and has a keen attention to detail. You understand the importance of presentation and will ensure that your work maintains a high level of standard. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with multiple departments.

  • Be comfortable building, maintain and reconcile related budgets – understand the forecasting for inventory management, etc.
  • Must have an eye for detail, complemented with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work well with all levels in the company
