- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for this project is to continue to upgrade and add new features to a brand new agency website! With the agency launch in May 2024, the goal is to implement processes and elements to actively generate new leads, create traction & increase visibility for the agency. The company has recently gone through an entire rebrand + remodel and needs to get the word out on the changes made and new services available.
This project will include 5 separate student positions!

Position 1: Front End Website Development
Position 2: Back End Website Development
Position 3: Copywriting for Website
Working on all written areas across the website including blog outlines.
Position 4: SEO Specialist
Working on SEO optimization across all areas of web presence. Looking for someone who already understands SEO thoroughly and does not need to be taught these skills.
Position 5: Lead Generation Strategy & Implementation
Creating a lead generation strategy with implementation. This can include creating questionaries, quizzes and other interactive website features to increase engagement and signs ups for discovery calls, free programs and the newsletter.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should collaboratively complete the following list of activities:
- A fully developed and upgraded front-end of the website.
- A fully developed and upgraded back-end of the website.
- High-quality copywriting for the website.
- Implemented SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Lead generation strategies and campaigns to generate traction and new sign ups for free assets.
Final deliverables:
- A detailed report on the implemented upgrades and features from each student.
- A presentation explaining the new upgrades and features from each student.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

- Students will be working in close proximity with the agency owner.
- Student 1:1 mentorship is extremely flexible and build around student schedule and availability. We only ask that you are clear about your availability and stick to scheduled calls.
- Students will get insight into a start-up environment with a really hands on team! Extremely valuable experience for any student, especially those looking to hone in on entrepreneurial skills.
