We are looking for students to help us to improve how we present HR analytics dashboard in a community health center.
Students will help us:
- to create an HR Analytics dashboard and enhance its visualization in monthly report
- to display on dashboard total fte, fte by department, total fte as a percentage of revenue
- to display turnover data, turnover by department,
- to help us to create a powerful HR analytics program
This is a good project for student studying HR, data analytics and health care administration.
