We are a non-profit community clinic licensed by the Department of Health Care Services. As a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we have been proven to provide the highest quality care and services that are tailored to each patient’s specific needs. We provide medical and dental services to the low income community in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas through four (soon to be five) clinics. We are a multi-specialty outpatient clinic offering primary care, acupuncture, behavioral health, optometry, pediatric care and psychiatry. We also offer enrollment services in Covered California.
