The Réseau ACCESS Network is seeking to enhance its social service and wellness activities through a comprehensive program development initiative. The primary goal of this project is to conduct a gap analysis of existing programs across the region to identify areas that require improvement or new initiatives. Students will analyze current offerings, assess community needs, and develop structured program plans that address identified gaps. This project will enable students to apply their classroom knowledge in social services, program planning, and community health. The outcome will be a set of actionable plans that include clearly defined deliverables and the necessary resources to implement these programs effectively.



Key tasks include:


- Review the current gap analysis of current social service and wellness programs.


- Identifying unmet needs and areas for improvement.


- Developing structured program plan(s) with clear objectives and deliverables.


- Outlining the resources required for successful implementation.


- Creating a program guide for agencies to launch program(s).

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive report detailing the review of areas gap analysis findings, structured program plan/guide(s), and a resource outline. The report will provide actionable recommendations for new or improved wellness activities and social prescribing initiatives. Additionally, students will create a presentation summarizing their findings and proposed plans, which will be delivered to Réseau ACCESS Network stakeholders.



Key deliverables include:


- A detailed review gap analysis report.


- Structured program plan/guide(s) with clear objectives and deliverables.


- A resource outline for program implementation.


- A presentation summarizing findings and recommendations.

Mentorship

The student(s) will receive input and documentation to begin review and mentorship in choosing a project(s) to develop. Regular check-ins and feedback.
