What is the main goal for this project?

Project Goal: Elevating Outreach for INSPIRELY's Passion Discovery Workshops & STEAM Programs


Problem Statement: The challenge is to strategically leverage affiliate marketing to boost awareness and registration for INSPIRELY's Passion Discovery Monthly Workshops (for students in grade 3-8) and other STEAM-focused after-school enrichment programs (for grade 1-8).


Desired Outcome:


By the end of the project, students will have contributed to:


  • Increased visibility and boosted registration for INSPIRELY's monthly workshops and after-school programs.
  • Strategic affiliate recruitment aligned with the target audience: parents of children grade 3-8, elementary and middle school students, Social Committee Members and Human Resource Mangers from Corporates with or without Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Enhanced communication strategies for successful outreach to target audience.
  • Monitoring and reporting on affiliate-driven traffic and engagement.


The successful contributing intern could have an opportunity to continue working with us even after internship.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


Task 1: Affiliate Network Collaboration

  • Explore collaboration opportunities with affiliate networks that resonate with the target demographic of parents of children grade 3-8, elementary and middle school students, Social Committee Members and Human Resource Mangers from Corporates with or without Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Identify potential affiliates who can effectively promote INSPIRELY's workshops and programs.
  • Geography: Canada, the US, India & Middle East.


Task 2: Workshop & Program Promotion

  • Develop compelling promotional materials for INSPIRELY's Passion Discovery Monthly Workshops and after-school STEAM programs.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to promote these offerings, emphasizing the unique educational value for students.


Task 3: Parent and Student Targeting

  • Analyze website traffic data and demographics to establish criteria for affiliate recruitment aligned with the interests of target audience.
  • Develop strategies for targeting audience effectively through affiliate marketing.


Task 4: Global Targeting Strategy

  • Tailor affiliate recruitment strategies based on the geographical preferences and interests of the target audience.
  • Align promotions with the educational needs and aspirations of grade 1-8 students.


Task 5: Verification Processes Implementation

  • Establish transparent verification processes to ensure authenticity in affiliate promotions.
  • Develop a system for verifying affiliates' ability to effectively communicate the value of INSPIRELY's programs.


Task 6: Pitching Offers and Follow-ups

  • Effectively communicate the unique educational value of INSPIRELY's offerings to affiliates.
  • Develop a system for regular follow-ups to keep affiliates engaged and motivated.


Task 7: Traffic Monitoring and Reporting

  • Implement a system for monitoring website traffic, click-through rates, and engagement driven by affiliate promotions.
  • Generate insightful reports on the impact of affiliate-driven strategies on workshop attendance and program sign-ups.
