Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Our team is looking to take our SEO to the next level in order to drive traffic to our website.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for.
  • Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google.
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO
  • Develop and implement a link building strategy
  • Recommend changes to website layout, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

  • Compile a list of the most relevant SEO keywords for us.
  • Implement content recommendations for organic SEO within our site.
  • Develop a link building strategy to improve our rankings.

Final deliverables should include

  • A report containing the most relevant SEO keywords for our company, including a link building strategy
  • 5-8 content recommendations to improve our organic SEO


How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions.
