Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to support Synclusiv Inc. in developing e-learning materials focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This will involve writing scripts, creating testing, quizzes, and videos to illustrate the concepts and promote inclusive workplaces.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Writing scripts for e-learning modules on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Creating testing and quizzes to assess learners' understanding of the concepts.

- Developing videos to illustrate and promote inclusive workplaces.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

The team will support and supervise the intern in developing the materials and implementing the training on the platform. The intern will be integrated to the team meetings so they can gain understanding of how a consulting firm works and they will be brought into client meetings to gain experience interacting with clients on mandates.
