- What is the main goal for this project?

To improve our use of zoom and its integration with acuity scheduling system.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Research and explain how to schedule a recorded class in zoom/acuity
- Set up a series of recorded classes to run live on a schedule and for the link to be delivered to participants for the recorded class after the scheduled class runs.
- Investigate how to automate a link to a recording of live classes/workshops/trainings and set up for upcoming course.
- Investigate how best to run closed captioning and produce a transcript of a class that runs live on zoom.
- Other new features of zoom as there is time in the project.
