Atlas Yoga Studio: Social Media and PR Campaign Development
Atlas Yoga Studio seeks to enhance its online presence and community engagement through a strategic social media and public relations initiative. The project involves creating and scheduling two comprehensive social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to promote both the studio and its school. Additionally, a complementary email campaign will be developed to reach existing and potential clients. The project also includes drafting a professional outreach letter to propose guest appearances on relevant podcasts, alongside compiling a targeted list of potential podcasts for collaboration. Finally, the team will brainstorm innovative public relations opportunities to re-establish Atlas Yoga Studio as a leading name in the yoga community. This project provides learners with the chance to apply marketing and communication strategies learned in class to real-world scenarios, enhancing their practical skills in digital marketing and public relations.
Yoga for Addictions & Mental Health: Media Production
We are interested in partnering a student or students interested in assisting in developing a yoga for addictions and mental health program that will be free to the public. We would work with the student and or students to develop a landing page on the website. Write, film, edit and produce a series of videos, articles and a 8 step course. The course would be create in TEACHABLE and we are interested in providing a full day of programming at our physical studio that offers addiction recovery and supports a healhty well lifestyle program. We have the yoga teachers and contacts in the community to run the in person programs.
Awareness Campaign Plan
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We ββwant to increase awareness about a particular topic. We would like to work with students to design a campaign that raises awareness and encourages changes in attitudes / behaviors. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this topic. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Identifying groups that the campaign will target. Identifying ideal outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Creating a promotion and marketing plan. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in the development of leaflets, posters, videos, and / or brochures.
Product Launch Strategy
We want to expand our improve our program offerings with the most recent standards in certification in our industry. We need insights to help anticipate the improved commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our revised programs. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner if anyone? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? Create an excel document with the recommended launch marketing and promotional strategy based on the findings. We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
